Omumgorwa Resin
Omumgorwa – Commiphora crenata-serrata – The resin reminds me of dates in color and look. It has a most unusual sweet fruity scent, like a cross between dates and raisins. As it ages it becomes more caramel like in scent. The tincture has lovely fruity caramel notes. I will not recommend it for incense though.

Omumbungu (Tree of the Hyena) – Commiphora krauselliana – The resin colour varies from almost transparent to black. It has an animalistic undertone with bitter freshness and peppery notes. Great for incense and tincture.
