Your orders tracking ID/registration number will be emailed to you once the order is complete and has been dispatched. Your African Aromatics account will reflect the status of your order including tracking status.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight & format of the package.
When checking out the weight range of your order is displayed as total shipping. When you place your order, Local or International shipping is included. Although we have taken great care to capture the weights of our products accurately, we cannot guarantee that your order’s exact weight will match the approximation used by our system to quote you for shipping.
We ship from South Africa to most International destinations, using International Registered Mail (standard service) provided by the South African Post Office (SAPO). International Registered Mail service does not provide tracking service during transit once it has left South Africa. International parcels are also not insured. We consider this service to be of reasonable cost to you and effective in our experience.

Important to Note: Once your parcel has reached our export HUB and is marked as in transit, it means that your parcel has left South Africa.
In order to track your parcel beyond South Africa, you then need to contact your own local postal service with your tracking number to monitor the delivery process in your own country.
When shipping Internationally, we estimate between 14 to 21 days, once your parcel has left South Africa.
You may have to pay customs duties when your order arrives in your country. This is out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible should you be required to pay customs duties to receive your parcel.
Within South Africa, we use the South African Post Office (SAPO), counter-to-counter, Registered Mail service with track & trace.
To ensure your order arrives on time for the special occasions, we highly recommend you place your order as early as possible.
Although we make every effort to ship all orders within the announced delays, their delivery is beyond our control and depends on the postal service. Unforeseen circumstances could prolong the delivery time. Late delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order. However if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us highlighting your order number in the subject line so that we can follow up on the matter. Some orders may take much longer to arrive. Please read our Refund Policy procedure below in case of non-delivery or loss of parcels.
